Hola, yo me quede en el hostal palafito sur y no lo recomiendo. Aparte de tener mala experiencia con el aseo, durante la estadía me abrieron mi bolso para robarme algo caro y preciado, desde una pieza con llave. Lo peor de todo es que la dueña de hostal palafito sur y del hotel patio palafito no respondió, ni quiso conversar conmigo para pedirme perdón o darme explicación alguna. Su mala gestión y falta de empatía me arruinaron parte de mis vacaciones. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
Hi, i stayed in Palafito Sur hostal and I don't recommend it. First of all, the bathroom is not very clean. But the main problem was that someone entered my room while it was LOCKED and stole from my bag a very important item for me. When I told the management, they contacted the owners and they said that they couldn't do anything and even refused to meet me personally to talk about the issue. I didn't get an apology, an explanation or a refund. They owners also own the hotel Patio Palafito. Sincerely, I was having a great trip, but this problem along with the lack of empathy an response from the owners ruined part of it.
